ValleyFile respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyrighted content across all file types.
Prohibited content
Users may not upload, share, or distribute files that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
This applies to all file types including documents, images, audio, video, software, and archives.
Automatic detection
ValleyFile uses automated systems to detect known copyrighted content at upload time. Files identified as infringing are blocked before a public link is created.
Repeat infringers
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access restricted. ValleyFile reserves the right to block uploads from abusive sources.
